Who can use SongSprint

SongSprint includes optional drinking-game rules. You must be of legal drinking age to participate in those rules — that means 21 or older in the United States, or 18 or older everywhere else. If you are under that age in your jurisdiction, you may still use the app without the drinking rules.

Alcohol is optional — you assume all risk

Drinking is never required to play SongSprint. The app suggests drinking as a fun, optional party penalty — nothing more. If you choose to drink, you do so entirely at your own risk.

SongSprint is not liable for any harm, injury, illness, accident, or consequence arising from alcohol consumption. Please drink responsibly, know your limits, and never drink and drive. Look out for your fellow players.

Acceptable use

When you use SongSprint you agree not to:

• Enter a player name or song text that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
• Use the app to harass or harm other players.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content. This includes player display names and any song text you type into the game. We reserve the right to remove your access immediately and without notice if you submit content that violates this policy.

Music previews

Song previews available through SongSprint are provided via Apple (iTunes Search API / Apple Music). Your use of those previews is subject to Apple's terms of service. SongSprint is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Apple. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

No warranties — "as is"

SongSprint is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time. Use it at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SongSprint and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
